Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of a heat-resistant alloy structure of prescribed shape in long-term use at high temp., by forming an LaCrO3 layer as a heat-resistant coating on the surface of the structure with a binding layer in- between.
CONSTITUTION: A binding layer having about 100μm thickness is formed on the surface of a structure of prescribed shape made of a heat-resistant Ni alloy, a heat resistant Co alloy or the like by spraying a molten Ni-Cr-Y alloy or a molten Co-Cr-Al-Y alloy. A heat-resistant coating having about 300μm thickness is then formed on the binding layer by spraying molten LaCrO3. The LaCrO3 layer may contain CaO, MgO, Al2O3, Fe2O3 or the like.
