- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、 出力面と平行で分離された入射面を有するファプ
リーペロー干渉計を規定する手段と。 空胴内の光吸収媒体及び 該媒体内に電界を発生させるための一対の電極を含む手
段とから成る型の光双安定デノ(イスにおいて。 電極の一つと直列に接続された抵抗手段及び電極間に光
生成電流に応答して、逆方向電圧を発生させるための駆
動電圧源及び駆動電圧源により゛電極に駆動電圧が印加
された時、逆バイアス電界が生じるような方向を電極間
にもつ媒体中の異なる伝導形の少くとも二つの隣接した
領域を含み、それにより電極間に生じた光生成電流が、
媒体内の電界を減し、媒体に入射する光に負帰還応答を
