ランジャバレルの外周部分を囲むようにポンプ本体とプ
ランジャバレルとの間で構成した燃料溜り室と、前記プ
ランジャバレルに嵌入されたプランジ、ヤが摺動するプ
ランジャバレルの摺動面に形成された潤滑油溝と、この
潤滑油溝と前記燃料溜り室とを連通ずるようプランジャ
バレルに形成された潤滑油供給孔とを有し、アルコール
を主成分とする燃料を噴射する燃料噴射ポンプにおいて
、前記燃料溜り室を構成するポンプ本体の内面にアルコ
ールに対して耐食性がある表面処理層を形成したことを
特徴とする燃料噴射ポンプ。 −−−ｍ−−−−２潤
