Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）貫通穴を有する穴空きミラー、レーザ光源、この
    レーザ光源からのレーザビームを集光し前記穴空きミラ
    ーの貫通穴を通過させる第１のレンズ、前記穴空きミラ
    ーの貫通穴から出たレーザ光を集光させる第２のレンズ
    、この第２のレンズからのレーザ光が照射交れ第２のレ
    ンズの焦点距離ｆに設置された拡散板、この拡散板から
    の拡散光を前記第２のレンズ及び前記穴空きミラーを介
    して受光するイメージセンサを具備し、前記第１のレン
    ズと第２のレンズの間の距離をレーザ光源からのレーザ
    ビームが第２のレンズから２ｆの近傍の点に集光するよ
    うに選定した光学ヘッド。
  2. （２）イメージセンサからの信号をヘテロゲイン検波し
    、得られた周波数信号を利用して所定の演算を行い、拡
    散板に与えられる機械量を知るようにした実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の光学ヘッド。
