The end of the conveyor belt guided from below the d Hola car faces onto the surface of the rotating disk, and coins are replenished. The inserted coins are placed on the peripheral edge of the rotating disk and are scooped up by implanted pin-shaped coin transfer pieces, and the coins are pressed against the peripheral wall by centrifugal force, and in this state, they are aligned and transported upward. The uke is passed on to the player. This row of coins rolls outward on the guide rail, and is then sandwiched between the guide plate and the transfer belt and transferred to the sorting and counting section (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 45-34084).

The conventional coin sorting and counting machine configured as described above has the following problems. That is, as illustrated in Figure 8.9.10, a is a rotating disk, b is a peripheral wall, C is an inlet, d is a guide rail, * is a guide plate, f is a transfer belt, and g is a coin transfer piece. , h is the amount of a circular portion on the centripetal side that protrudes from the outer peripheral portion of the zero-rotation disk a, which is a coin, that the guide rail d faces. All the coins carried from the lower part to the upper part by the rotating disk are ridged on the guide rail d, so as shown in Fig. 8, the large diameter coin h1 and the small diameter coin hb are sent in a state of confusion due to centrifugal force. When a small coin hb falls on the guide rail d, it may get caught in the transfer belt f, causing the small-diameter coin hb to be uncounted and contributing to the number v4it'i, impairing the gentleness of the coin sorter PIS. In addition, since the force pushing out the coins changes at the introduction port C, jams are likely to occur, and as shown in Figure 9, if two coins he and he jam in the entry state at the passage width, subsequent coins will be jammed. There are times when I feel like this. These problems are more likely to occur as the processing time increases, so it was not possible to achieve a machine hiatus with a processing capacity of 600 to 900 sheets per minute.

As mentioned above, the problem with conventional coin sorting and counting machines is that the problem lies in the guide rail protruding above the rotating circle root, and by excluding this, the coins can be rotated easily, and the coins can be easily rotated. Regardless of the amount of coins mixed together, the coins can be sent out to the sorting and counting section from the output port in an orderly manner. provide a machine.

First, a rotating disk that rotates at an angle is provided, and its outer periphery is surrounded by a peripheral wall. (b) A coin transfer member having a height less than the thickness of the coin is provided on the outer periphery of the rotating disc. A conveyor belt is attached to a rotating disk from below the hopper and coins are fed into it. The inserted coins are scooped up by the coin transfer piece from the bottom and carried to the top. At this time, the outer diameter of the coins is pressed against the peripheral wall by centrifugal force, and the coins are arranged in a single row. Since the coin transfer piece is low, it does not scoop up 21 coins, and an outlet is opened in the upper peripheral wall so that the coins can be taken out in a horizontal direction. A guide rail is laid extending approximately horizontally from the lower end of the outlet.

When the coins that are aligned and float upward along the rail come into contact with the starting end of the transfer belt, they are bitten into the gap and warmed to the outlet, and are smoothly transported by the rollers or arcuate end of the guide rail. It is guided to the guide surface, and is further sandwiched between the guide plate and pushed outward. The inclination of the transfer belt tends to push the coin downward, so that the lower edge of the outer diameter of the coin is conveyed closely to the guide surface of the guide rail.

In the second invention, the coin transfer piece is elongated in the diametrical direction, the leading side edge in the rotating direction is inclined toward the trailing side in the centrifugal direction, and the outer edge is shaped like a cedar rounded into an arc.

Since the leap-in flu edge, that is, the edge that pushes the coin, is long in the diametrical direction, it maintains a -po relationship with the diameter of the coin (regardless of its small size). As a result, the component of the force pushing the coins always moves in the centrifugal direction, and together with the centrifugal force, it helps to press the coins against the barrel and organize them.In the conventional pin-shaped transfer piece, the coins are divided according to the size of the coin diameter. The direction of the force is not constant, and on the contrary, there is a (goods) (threat) stand in the centripetal direction, and it is extremely stable compared to the N plate part where the force that exceeds the centrifugal force moves along with the electric power and often falls. Can be transported.

The mixed coins placed into the spool plate 18 by the conveyor belt 3 are carried upward by the coin # sending piece 13 of the rotating disk 12 which rotates in the direction of the arrow in FIG. At this time, the centrifugal force presses the coins around the entire outer diameter, and depending on how they are placed, the fictitious coins are brought down to the port, and then dropped on the ground, where they are arranged one by one and reach the top. The coin is fed to a large diameter coin with its upper part in contact with the moving belt 4, and when it comes out, it hits the Ni-Tan roller 45m, and is pulled upward by the transport force and placed on the guide rail 45 (Figure 11).
. Also, for small diameter coins, as shown in Figure @2, the roller 15
m and onto the guide rail 45. As shown in the above-mentioned 8°9 illustration and steel 12 illustration, the coins 11,111 of the coins carried in two rows in an umbrella without contacting the peripheral wall fall down without contacting the transfer belt 4. In addition, the coin is not given enough transport force to overcome the 45m roller A, which is slightly pinched at the upper edge, and it falls to the bottom, waiting for the next scoop. It is better to have a thinner transport belt that is as close as possible to the 4V Yu Shuryu.

Next, the invention of J42 will be explained. In Figure 13 and below,
A fixed coin transfer piece mark is disposed on a rotating disk 12 and protrudes at a height equal to or less than the thickness of the coin, and has a rectangular shape. That is,
The leading side edge 61 of the rotation is turned into a UN tail edge in the centrifugal direction and the trading direction, and the outer end is curved into an arc shape. The electric angle is about 30 degrees to the diameter of the square f + machining. The shortest distance between the curved surface b2 and the waste baskets 27 m and 27 b is set to be smaller than the outer diameter of the minimum diameter coin (the coin transfer piece 13 in FIG. 3 is also rOJ).

Figure 41O is an illustration of the bottle-shaped transfer piece of rice 3], and the small-diameter coin 71 is in a shape that always causes a jam phenomenon. At the top, a large-diameter coin 72 falls at eye 1, indicating a stumbling state. If this is prevented and the # sending piece 13 is moved in the centripetal direction, the small diameter coin 71 will either completely jam or pass through it. Conversely, if the coins are moved in the centrifugal direction, the lifting of the large diameter coins 72 becomes unstable.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A rotating disk that rotates on an inclined surface, a coin transfer piece that is a self-installed protrusion near the outer periphery of the rotating disk and has a height lower than the thickness of the coin, and a rotating disk. The coins are scooped up by the I#J wall that surrounds the outer periphery of the plate, the conveyor belt that leads from below the hopper and has its end facing the surface of the rotating disk, and the coin transfer piece, and the outer diameter is pressed against the circumference by centrifugal force. There is an outlet opening in the upper part of the circumferential wall so that the 7" coins carried to the top can be guided out in a substantially horizontal direction. A guide rail that guides the lower outer edge of the ejected coin, a guide plate that is laid on the same plane as the rotating disk along the upper part of the guide rail, and a guide plate that guides the back side of the coin, and a rotating disk inside the outlet. A transport that extends outward along the guide plate from a position facing the plate, faces parallel to the rotating disk and guide plate with a small gap, and runs outward at a speed equal to or higher than the circumferential speed of the rotating disk. A coin sorting and counting machine consisting of a belt, a coin sorting and counting section arranged along a guide rail and a guide plate.2. A protrusion that is lower than the thickness of the coin and is placed near the outer periphery, and the cedar shape on the rotating leading side of the rotating disk is inclined in the trailing direction in the distal direction with respect to the diametrical direction, and forms an arc shape on the distal side. It is scooped up by the curved coin transfer piece, the peripheral wall surrounding the outer 8 of the rotating disk, the conveyor belt that is led from below the hopper and has its end facing the surface of the rotating disk, and the upper!5 coin transfer piece, and the centrifugal force There is an outlet opening at the upper part of the periphery so that the outer diameter is pressed by the circumferential ring and the coin is conveyed to the upper part in a substantially horizontal direction. Therefore, there is a guide rail that guides the lower edge of the outer diameter of the coin, a guide plate that is laid in four directions along the upper part of the guide rail and guides the back side of the coin, and a guide plate. This coin sorting and counting machine consists of a conveyor belt that acts as an illusion, and a coin counting section that is arranged along a guide rail and a guide plate.
