4の屋根板4bの内端を平底水切5により水切りするよ
うにしたプレハブ住宅用平底において、平底水切5は内
向きの上部折曲縁5aと下部折曲縁5bとを有する断面
路コ字形に形成され、上下方向中央部に挿入されたネジ
12によりL部折曲縁5b及び下部折曲縁5bが外壁パ
ネルAに沿うように該外壁パネルAに締付固定され、外
壁パネルAと−L部折曲縁5aとの間にシール材5dが
挟持され、外壁パネルAと下部新曲縁5bとの間に、屋
根板4bの内端を上方に折曲して成る折曲係止縁4hが
その上端部りを不屈水切5内に突出させた状態で挟持さ
れ、前記折曲係止縁4hの上端部りは下部折曲縁5bの
近傍から朴方上りに傾斜するように折曲され、該上端部
りと外壁パネルAとの間にコーキング材11が設けられ
