As a conventional vacuum packaging apparatus, one shown in FIG. 1, for example, is known. That is, an upper chamber 1 and a lower chamber 2 are combined into a pair of upper and lower chambers so as to be freely openable and closable.
A flat heating plate 4 is mounted inside the lower chamber 2 so that it can be lowered and returned to the upper position by a pressure cylinder 3, and a table 6 that can be raised and lowered by a pressure cylinder 5 is also mounted inside the lower chamber 2. This table 6 places a lower film 7 and an article to be packaged 8, and an upper film 9 is placed on the upper and lower chambers 1. y
) It is designed to be held between the peripheral edges 1m and 2a. The insides of the upper and lower chambers 1 and 2 are connected to a vacuum pump (not shown) through hoses 1.0 and 11 so that the interior can be evacuated and the atmosphere can also be introduced. 12 is the heater 4 of the heating plate 4
a This is the space used for the wiring section. For vacuum packaging, first, the packaged product 8 is placed on the table 6 together with the lower film 7, and the upper film 9 is held between the peripheral edges 1m and 2m of the upper and lower chambers 1 and 2, and the inside of the upper and lower chambers 1 and 2 is opened. Each of them is hermetically sealed, and while the upper chamber 1 is vacuum degassed, the flat heating plate 4 is lowered to approach the upper film 9, and the upper film 9 is brought into close contact with the heating plate 4 to be heated and softened.
The inside of the lower chamber 2 is vacuum degassed after a short delay, and when the vacuum is completed, the heating plate 4 is returned and raised, and then the table 6 on which the products to be packaged 8 are placed is raised toward the lower surface of the upper film 9, and the upper film is removed. 9 is pushed up, the packaged product 8 is positioned in the upper chamber 1, and the atmosphere is introduced into the upper chamber 1 to bring the softened upper film 9 into close contact with the packaged product 8, as well as the lower film 7t. After sealing, the atmosphere is introduced into the lower chamber 2 to complete the vacuum packaging process.

However, in such a conventional vacuum packaging device 9, the heating plate 4 that is lowered, returned and raised within the upper chamber 1 is essential, and the space 12 for the wiring part of the heater 41, the space for lowering and raising, etc. This tends to make the volume of the upper chamber 1 relatively large, and a driving device for lowering and raising the heating plate 4 is also required, which complicates the overall structure of the upper chamber 1. Furthermore, the volume of the upper chamber 1 tends to be relatively large, and the structure of the entire upper chamber 1 becomes complicated. There was a problem in that it was necessary to take into account the time required for the plate 4 to descend and rise.

This invention was made by focusing on these conventional problems, and it is a vacuum packaging device that has improved the structure of the heating plate, simplified the overall structure of the upper chamber, and shortened the processing time for vacuum packaging. We aim to provide the following. Specifically, the vacuum packaging apparatus according to the present invention integrates a heating plate with a built-in heater on the lower surface side of the pace having a communication path for suction and air introduction to form an upper chamber, and the lower surface of this heating plate is A recess for heating and softening the upper film is formed by leaving a peripheral edge for sealing, and this recess is provided with a tapered side surface and a ceiling surface that is electrically connected to the communication path through a plurality of small holes, In addition, the entire upper chamber is rotatably or vertically movable with respect to the lower chamber, so that it can be opened and closed. It has a concave lower chamber main body that can be introduced freely, and a height-adjustable table for placing an article to be packaged inside the lower chamber main body.

First, an underlayment film 43 is placed on an underlayment (not shown), and the product number 4 to be packaged is placed on top of the underlayment film 43, which is then set on the table 40. The lower film 43 is cut in advance to approximately correspond to the size of the butterfly table 40. Next, the packaged product 44

8 to manually rotate the entire upper chamber 22 downward via the hinge 21. Then, the sealing peripheral edge 30 provided on the lower surface and the lower peripheral edge 41 come into close contact with each other, and the upper stretched film 36 is held between the upper and lower chambers 22.
.. The inside of 24 is made airtight. At this time, the seal 35 provided on the peripheral edge 30 functions to achieve even more reliable airtightness. Next, the inside of the upper chamber 22 is evacuated. That is, a vacuum pump (not shown) is operated to open the communication passage 27 and the large number of small holes 34.
If the inside of the recess 29 is vacuum-suctioned through the upper film 3

1 is energized and the heating plate 26, that is, the entire depression 29 is heated to an appropriate temperature, so the upper film 36 placed along the depression 29 is immediately heated and softened. Note that the upper film 36 and the e-shaped circumferential surface 32 form a smooth surface K111 along the entire surface 29. Then, when setting the upper film 3

Next, if the atmosphere is introduced into the lower chamber main body 39 with a slight delay, the packaging will be completed. Finally, the upper chamber 22 is rotated upward in the opposite direction to open it and remove the vacuum-packed items. Above all,
The upper film 36 is fused to length t when the upper and lower chambers 22,24 are closed.

If the height of the packaged product 44 is still close to the initially set height,
The height position of the table 40 is adjusted so that the upper surface 44g of the packaged product 44 approaches the lower surface of the upper film 36 which has been softened by heating as shown in FIG. When the height is lower than the set height, the height of the table 40 can be lowered a little as shown in Fig. 5 (p) and adjusted to the lower position by a distance d corresponding to the depth d of the recess 29! time, the depth dIK of the upper film 36

Since the vacuum packaging apparatus according to the present invention has the content described above, there is no need for a heating plate that descends and rises inside the upper chamber, and the wiring part of the heater can be brought outside the upper chamber, reducing the volume of the entire upper chamber. The structure of the finishing chamber can be simplified because it does not require a device to drive the heating plate, and the time for lowering and raising the heating plate can be omitted. Moreover, by reducing the volume, the amount of air to be vacuumed can be reduced accordingly. This has the advantage of reducing vacuum packaging and making it easier to vacuum. Overall, this has the effect of shortening the vacuum packaging processing time. Furthermore, in addition to these effects, a recess is formed in the heating plate of the upper chamber, a table is arranged inside the lower chamber body which is entirely concave, and the height position of the table can be adjusted with respect to the recess. It is possible to sufficiently vacuum package products of various sizes, including products that are relatively tall considering the depth of the container, thereby increasing versatility.
