野において、記憶容量が大きく且つアクセス時間の短い
配録装置の実用化が望まれているO このような甲にあって、光ティスフ装置とくに清報の誉
込みKおり′rは光を照射し皮定位置を局部的に加熱し
浴融もしくは島籟させることによって孔を形成し、悄轍
の成域りにおいては)5T足位置に光を照射し反射光も
しくは坊遇光を慣知丁ゐ方式の元ティスク装雀は磁気テ
ィスフ装置に比し記憶容量のみならず価格の面において
も特にすぐねており、−18己用迩に最適のnf健装置

(C1健米蚊何の間廟点 上記光ティスフ装置に用いられる光学式情報媒体は、基
本的にttIk叡上に熱浴融性の記録材料層を#増等の
手段によりて形成したものであるか光の照射によりて浴
融できることのほか、@壇的化学的に安定できること、
%に@湿性がすぐれていることが鳳蛍とばれている・こ
の走め、従来、記録材料層に曹・ロジウム等の責合MI
4またはこれらの合金を用いるか、あるいはテルル・ビ
スマス等を記録材料層としその上に酸化シリコン・アル
iナ・ポリ塩化ビニテン・弗素系樹脂等の保11膜を設
ける轡の4II案がなされている。
こねらのうち、金・ロジウム等の貴会lI4は高価であ
ることのほか融点が高くしたかりて情報書込み#に度が
低く、合金は湿度によりて光の反射皐・透過率あるLn
Fi牧収率が便化するなめ情@読取シにおけるSN比お
よび感度が低く、テルル・ビスフス尋の記録材料層を用
いその上に保護膜として酸化シリコン・アルiナ・ポリ
塩化ビニデンe弗集樹脂等の保賎膜を設けた光学式情報
媒体においては、酸化シリコンやアルiナ等は情@書込
み時に発生する熱によりてクラックを生じ、したがって
保−換の機能を低下させるほかSN比を低下させ、その
うえ溶融した配録材料の流動を妨けて孔の形成を囲動に
し、したがって情*tiit込み感度を低下させている
@また、ポリ塩化ビニテンや弗化を高めるという間軸が
ある〇 0))  発明の目的 本発明は前記従来例における間融の解決、すなわち熱歪
等によってクラックを生ずることがなく、浴融した配録
材料の流動を妨げず且つ製造コストの低い防湿保護膜を
備えた光学式情報媒体を得ることを目的とする。
(ト)発明の構成 不発明はガラス・アクリルIM脂等の基叡上に形成した
テルル等の記録材料層に光ビームを照射し記録材料層に
孔等を形成することKよりて情報の書込みをおこなう光
学式情報線体においては、記録材料層に防湿保S!膜と
して一フターシアニン等のポルフィン形化合物の被覆を
設けたものである@顛 発明の実施例 以下実施例について説明する。纂1図は不発明−実施例
である光学情報媒体の断面図であり、−において、1は
犀さ1mmのアクリルw脂製の透明な基板、2は基板l
の上はテルルを3ooXの厚さに蒸着して形成した記録
材料層、3は記録材料層2の上に一フタロシアニンを3
ooXの厚濾に詠溜して形成した#種である。
このように自フタロシアニンの被−3は蒸着によりて形
成することが可能であり、し六がって四−〇詠−7Ii
&置を用いて記録材料層2と被!1t3を連続して薫看
することができる。
一7タロシアニン(第2図に構造式を示す)は熱歪等に
よってクラックを生じ難く化学的にも安達であシと〈K
防湿性がすぐねでいる0上記実施例の光学式情報媒体を
温Ft60C,相対湿度90%の雰囲気中lcおいて朗
湿試験をおこなったところ、約100時間後に透過率が
約3,5sK達してほぼ飽和し、艶に100時間経過し
たあとにおいても透21!i率の上昇はほとんど見られ
なかりfC。
一フタロシアニンはまた、テルルの融点が45℃である
のく対し430℃において昇華する。このため記録材料
層2に光ビームを照射して孔を形成するとき浴融したテ
ルルの流動が妨けられず、したがってTlIr報の書込
み感度が島く、また形状が整い且つ均一な孔が得らねる
ので読取りにおけるSN比が向上する。
G)@明の効果 以上実に?!lKよって説明したように不発明によれば
物理的化学的に安定であり、督込み感厩およびWfe取
りSN比が尚く、且つ製造コストの低い防湿被覆を備え
た光学式情報媒体を得ることができるO なお、上記実施例は記録材料層の一力の面にのみポルフ
ィン形化合物の被覆を設けているが、他方の面すなわち
、j&板と書する1!IKも設けることによって差板側
からの水分の浸透をも防止することができる0

    前に記録材料層の少なくとも一方の面にポルフィン形化
