装着し、第一エアー室15と第二エアー室16の中間に
は偏心部に連絡路19aを有し中心部にスプリング21
aの弾力により無負荷時にはエアー導入孔14を塞ぐ逆
止弁21を備えた固定部材19を設け、第二エアー室1

状態に摺動可能なピストン22を設け、そのピストン2

パ一孔26aの開度を調節する微調整弁28を設け、該
テーパ一孔26aと第一エアー室15とをエアー逆流細
孔27で連絡したことを特徴とする光源部回路のスイッ
