回路の一例を示す接続図、第２図は本考案に用いられる
負性抵抗ダイオードの特性を示す図、第３図は第１図に
示される例の動作の説明に供される波形図である。
図中、１，２は入力端子、４は定電圧回路、５はマイク
ロコンピュータ、６はＶＣＣ電源端子、７は０■電源端
子、８はリセット端子、９．１３゜１５は抵抗、１０は
コンデンサ、１１は充電回路、１２はトランジスタ（ス
イッチ素子）、１４は負性抵抗ダイオード、１６は可変
