て報知するようにした装置において、車内騒音あるいは
騒音の発生に関与する事象の所定変化を検出する騒音判
定回路を設け、かつ入力信号に応答する音声合成回路か
らの選択された音声信号を発声回路へ転送する経路に、
高音部の周波数帯のレベルを上げるフィルタ回路を接続
し、車内騒音レベルに応じて出力される騒音判定回路か
らの判定信号により上記フィルタ回路の周波数特性を選
