Abstract

PURPOSE:To anneal an open coil in a short time and with small heat loss, by use of a small-sized equipment, by winding a metallic band plate to a lengthwise direction part together with a spacer in the forward and reverse directions from the front and the rear, and executing its heat treatment in order, in a furnace. CONSTITUTION:A tight coil 10 wound to a reel 1 is rewound, its end part is welded to a lead coil by a welding machine 15, and about 1/4 of the coil 10 is wound 20 onto a reel 2.
