Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an unequal pitch phenomenon, by obtaining a moving command signal of a moving body in accordance with a timing signal of a start point or an end point of light beam scanning. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam L1 emitted from a semiconductor laser 5 is deflected by a rotary polyhedral mirror 7 driven by a driving motor 6. A scanning light beam is reflected by a mirror 9 at the scanning end terminal, is made incident to a photodetector 10, and a scanning end point is detected by this photodetector 10. The detecting signal is processed by a driving electric circuit 11, and after that, is supplied to a driving motor 2. When a pulse motor is used for the driving motor 2, the driving electric circuit 11 is made an amplifier. Whenever a light beam is made incident once to the photodetector 10, an output signal from the photodetector is amplified by the driving electric circuit 11, is inputted to the pulse motor 2, and the pulse motor 2 is rotated by 1 pulse portion.
