Abstract
PURPOSE: Soybean curd to be fried is cut into pieces and piled up right before the frier, ad draining and dehydration are being effected, to shorten the conveying process and increase the production efficiency by sending them into the frier in block.
CONSTITUTION: Soybean curd to be fried 21 is placed on the shelter 2 set on the conveying plate 1a and cut into pieces of a prescribed size with the cutter 20 at the position A, then sent to the suction position (symbol 1 means the conveyor). At the position B, the suction box 5 mounted to the sending frame 4 is made to come down and the soybean curd is sucked through the shelter 2 to the bottom the box 5 (symbol 9 means a suction blower). Then, the suction box is lifted up by the frame 4 and rotated to the piling-up position C. The suction box 5 is made to come down and stopped to a desired position by the stopper, then, the suction by the blower 9 is stopped to pile up the new soybean curd 21 on the already coming soybean curd 21. When the soybean curd piled up reaches a prescribed amount, they are trnsferred to the frier.
