Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a nozzle from damage and also to make a sealing work easy at the corner part, by attaching a nozzle holding part to a movable shaft through a tightly attaching coil means having an elastic repulsive force and flexibility in the direction of said axis and in the direction perpendicular to the axis, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: To a movable shaft 3, which is mounted on a movable-shaft bearing-stand 2 and is made freely slidable in working at a fixed angle to a worked surface W, a nozzle holding part 5 and a nozzle 1 are attached through a tightly-attached coiled spring means 4 having an elastic repulsive force in the direction of the shaft 3 and a flexibility in the direction perpendicular to that of the shaft 3. Thus, even when an excessive force is added to the tip of nozzle 1, the damage of nozzle 1 is prevented owing to the shift of the position of the nozzle 1, besides the sealing is easily performed by utilyzing the compliance of said coiled spring.
