Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable heating temperature to be transmitted efficiently to thermosensitive paper and to obtain a head hauing a wear-proof lead wire in a thermal head of a serial printer by a method wherein a belt-shaped projection is provided on the surface of a substrate of the lower area of arranged heating parts. CONSTITUTION:Binder, plasticizer, soluent, etc. are mixed with Al2O3 powder to form a thin plate. The green sheet obtained 11 is coated for printing with the paste of said material, a plurality of belt-shaped projections 1121, 1122 are provided and sintered to obtain an aluminum substrate 11 having belt-shaped projection parts B1, B2.
