CONSTITUTION:The first stopper 16 is provided on the upper side of a fender 9, while the second stopper 17 is provided on the outside of a side wall 8. When a movable ladder 10B is drawn outward, the second bar 14 is in contact with the first stopper 16 and stopped before it is in contact with the fender 9, and consequently, the movable ladder 10B is stopped. For storing, a movable prop 11B is in contact with the second stopper 17 and stopped before it is in contact with a side wall 8, and consequently, the movable ladder 10B is stopped. When both stoppers are provided, positions of the movable ladder, drawn out and stored, can be adjusted by the change of heights of the both stoppers. A hook 18 is provided on the side wall via an elastic body 19. The stored movable ladder can be fast fixed by catching a step bar by this hook.
