CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric plate 3 having a prescribed size from a folding point is stuck on the external surface of a metallic plate 2 whose end is folded in L-shaped. The folded tip of the plate 2 is inserted and fixed to a fixed section 4. Thus, the displacement of oscillation and position of oscillation node at the primary resonance are shown respectively in broken lines and black dot and they are caused at the plate 2 stuck with the plate 3. Thus, the primary resonance is effective to the drive of a diaphragm coupled to the tip of the plate 2.
