Abstract

PURPOSE:To request other processors for processing other requests by means of a data transmitting-receiving function after determined by a meauring means, by providing with a measuring means which determines a processor enabled to execute processing which exceeds a certain value with reference to the storage means, when the requested quantity exceeds a certain value. CONSTITUTION:When a processing request is inputted from a terminal 14 to a processor 1, an application program 13 receives it. A measuring means 11 monitors the quantity of the processing of the application program 13 all the time and, when the quantity of processing exceeds a prescribed value, passes the processing request to another processor. In this case, the measuring means 11 refers to the contents of a storage means 12 stored with data so that input requests correspond to processors capable of handling the requests, and then determines another processor, e.g., a processor 2. The measuring means 11 sends a request-for-processing signal to the processor 2 via a communication circuit 31. On receiving the signal, the measuring means 21 of the processor 2 while referring to the quantity of processing of it system, accepts the processing request to send processing result data to the processor 1 via the communication circuit 31.
