Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to efficiently replace a reverse osmosis membrane in a separation pipe by a method wherein a reverse osmosis membrane separation pipe is held fixedly and a membrane end sealing material and a lid plate are attached to an enclosing cylinder in a detachable manner as well as said reverse osmosis membrane is insterted into or drawn out from the enclosing cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: On a tool table 3 reciprocally moving to a C direction by traversely moving apparatuses 4aW4c on a support standard 1, a lid plate attaching and detaching tool 5a and a membrane replacing tool 5b are provided parallelly and said tools 5a, 5b are respectively connected to cylinders 6a, 6b and reciprocally moved to a D direction. When the membrane is replaced, the tool 5a is mounted to lid plate 17 and a nut 18 of a separation pipe 13 to detach the nut. Next, the tool 5a is retracted, the lid plate 17 is drawn out, further, the membrane replacing tool 5b is moved to be mounted to an enclosing pipe 15 and the membrane 14 is drawn out along with a support. The drawn out membrane 14 is pinched by a pair of rollers 9a, 9b. Subsequently, the cylinder at a rear part of the tool 5b is operated to release the support of the membrane 14 and, thereafter, said membrane is sent into a cutter 7 to be cut.
