Since the polyolefin resin film is molded into a diaphragm form preliminarily, slippage between the resin film and the polar high polymer thin film caused by different expansions, partial exfoliation of them, and the break of the high polymer thin film are prevented. Thus, the adhesion strength is improved to make it possible to use diaphragm using the polyolefin resin film.
