Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate influences of variation in recording potential difference in a block by simultaneously recording information on recording body in an optional block according to a recording speed, by providing a driver which drives blocks selectively and optionally to the output side of a series-parallel register transferring and holding signals. CONSTITUTION:On ceramics, recording bodies 11 of heating resistances are formed by vapor depositing thin films; one recording body 11 is connected to signal series- parallel convertion register 12, and the other to a power source VB in common to constitute a recording head 10. The FF of each register 12 shifts signal data with a clock and the output of the FF is held in an FF circuit. The signal held in the FF circuit is applied to a selecting circuit which inputs permission data EN1-ENn, and the selecting circuit is turned on for a constant time by the data EN1-ENn to drive recording bodies 11 in an optional block according to a recording speed, thus preventing influences of variation in recording potential difference in the block.
