Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the conduction of noise to a power source by a method wherein the metal fitting to be used to the heat sink of a switching element is connected to a DC input end through the intermediary of a wire, having a low-impedance at switching frequency, or a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:The metal fitting to be attached to the heat sink H of the switching element Q on the switching regulator is connected to one end B of the DC input voltage through the intermediary of the wire, having a low impedance at the switching frequency, or the capacitor CC. Through these procedures, the switching current flows through the intermediary of the collector of a transistor Q and the electrostatic capacity CB of the mounting metal fitting, and returns to a terminal of the capacitor CF directly without flowing to the heat sink H through the electrostatic capacity CF, thereby enabling to prevent the generation of noise voltage running to the power source LN.
