CONSTITUTION:A recovery roll 6 of polarity reversed toner adsorping and separating a polarity reversed toner off from a developer into the flowrate of the developer conveyed to a developing magnetic pole is provided. Further, a reversed polarity dislodging blade 7 for dislodging the polarity reversed toner from this roll 6 is provided. Thereby, the soiling of a photosensitive drum by the polarity reversed toner is reduced and the degradation in copying quality owing to the degradation in cleaning capacity is reduced.
