Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the entire part of a device flat and improve handling characteristic by constituting microwave transmitting and receiving circuit parts such as oscillating parts, mixer parts and antenna parts on one sheet of a dielectric substrate in a strip circuit type. CONSTITUTION:Circuit conductor patterns of oscillating parts, mixer parts and array antenna parts are formed on both front and rear surfaces of a dielectric substrate 2 in a strip circuit type by thick film printing techniques or the like. The oscillating part and a rear conductor 3 cooperating with a mixer part circuit pattern 9 are formed on the front surface of the substrate 2. An array antenna front surface pattern 4 receives the microwaves from the oscillating part in the strip line and radiates the same in the prescribed directions of space as radio waves.
