Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain large torque and at the same time raise accuracy by meshing an internal gear that develops rotary magnet field with a magnetized planetary gear and also meshing this planetary gear with another internal gear that is connected to an output gear. CONSTITUTION:An annular yoke 5 is fixed on a housing 1, and on its internal circumference a first internal gear 8 is formed, and at the same time coil 7 is installed on the internal gear 8 so that a rotating magnetic field is generated. This first internal gear is meshed with a planetary gear 9 that is magnetized in the direction of the shaft. Further, a second internal gear 11 that has a pitch different from that of the first internal gear 8 is mounted on the output shaft 4, and this second internal gear 11 is meshed with the planetary gear 9. With this arrangement which electric current is passed through coils 7 successively, the planetary gear 9 rotates and further the gear 11 and output shaft 4 rotate with reduced speed through this planetary gear 9.
