Abstract

PURPOSE:To constitute a heat collecting part which has an improved thermal efficiency and is manufactured at an inexpensive cost, by a method wherein a corrosion resisting anode is installed as a corrosion preventive electrode in a heat collecting chamber of a metal heat collecting member, and a solar cell is installed acting as the power source of the corrosion preventive electrode. CONSTITUTION:A heat collecting member 4 comprises a metal material such as zinc plated steel sheet manufactured at an inexpensive cost, and is provided with a heat collecting chamber 6 holding water at the inside. A corrosion proofing electrode 7 is located in the heat collecting chamber 6, and a reflecting plate and a large quantity of solar cells 10 are installed at an outer surface of a hot water storaging tank 1. The solar cells 10 act as the drive source of the corrosion preventive electrode 7, the positive pole thereof is connected to the corrosion preventive electrode 7, and the negative pole is coupled to the heat collecting member 4. A positive DC low voltage is applied to the corrosion preventive electrode 7, and the constitution of a circuit is such that the heat collection member 4 is brought to a negative. Thus, a corrosion prevention is conducted through a cathode corrosion prevention in which a power source is used.
