Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin is extruded from an extruding die 9 and introduced to a pair of continuously moving caterpillar like split molds 11, 12, and also a predetermined shape is molded by blowing air into an inner part of a hollow object or by vacuum sucking an inner part of the split molds 11, 12. A cross-sectional shape of an inner part of caterpillar like split molds 11, 12 is matched with a cross-sectional shape of a heat collector. Also, one peripheral length of the caterpillar like split mold is made equal to a length of the heat collector or an integer multiple of it and provided with a vacuum suction mechanism or a cooling mechanism. A wall thickness control in a lateral direction of the heat collector can be performed by controlling an extrusion amount from the extruding die 9.
