CONSTITUTION: On energizing circuits 55, 111, provided are delay circuits 12, 13 which emit continuously a signal for energizing eddy current coupling 4, 10 for a certain predetermined time, even after a speed control signal from an automatic and alternative driving control circuit 6 is ceased, so that the eddy current coupling 4, 10 are kept energized for a certain predetermined time, even after a driving motor of pump is not supplied with electric power when the pump equipped with the eddy current coupling 4, 10 are stopped. Thereby, a fluctuation of discharge pressure can be reduced since it is possible to collect the energy of inertia remaining in the pump by using the part of the eddy current coupling as a flywheel.
