Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent hidden disturbance, failure of an electric system and to measure a temperature of an induction heating body without contact, by transmitting measured light to a detector through an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:Measured light from a material to be measured 1 is condensed by an object glass 2 and is modulated to an intermittent light by an optical chopper 3 rotated by an air or oil pressure motor 5 which is driven by an air source or an oil pressure source 4 and then, is made incident to an optical fiber 7 through an iris 6. Further, said incidence light is photodetected by a detector 8 being situated at the position not affected by electromagnetic induction through the fiber 7 and an output signal is processed by an operation part 9 and then, the temperature is indicated by an indicator 10.
