PURPOSE:To use an ultrasonic oscillation atomizer nozzle and surface heating unit for improving startability of an alcohol fuel engine. CONSTITUTION:A surface heating unit 4 with a circular arc section is provided in the upper half wall of an intermediate intake pipe 3. An ultrasonic atomizer nozzle 6 is mounted to the lower part of the intermediate intake pipe in a direction diagonally toward the front of the surface heating unit 4. If a key switch 11 is firstly turned on to a position 1G, alcohol fuel begins to be atomized from a horn end of the atomizer nozzle to a surface of the ceramic heater, partially is vaporized instantaneously and filled in an intake port. Viewing an indicator lamp, if the key switch is changed to a position ST by the operator to start a starter motor, alcohol fuel is fed into a cylinder and easily fired.
