Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to form a rectangular recessed part by an HF treatment or the like by a method wherein after forming a photosensitive coated film on the surface of a master form, the thickness of the film is reduced, a pattern film is wound and irradiated with active rays to produce a cured part and an uncured part at the surface. CONSTITUTION:The maser form a is immersed in a photosensitive solution 10 consisting of a high-viscosity flexible photosensitve resin composition containing an unsaturated polyurethane as a main constitutent to produce the photosensitive coated film b on the surface, and the thickness of the film is uniformized at a value of not larger than 0.1mm. by a centrifugal separator.
