Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled converter which withstands to a large amplitude input with a simple configuration, by gluing edges to each of both outer and inner surfaces of the outer periphery of the diaphragm and supporting the diaphragm with the two edges so as to surely prevent the exfoliation of one side edge by the shearing force applied to the adhering part of the other edge. CONSTITUTION:Two pieces edges 4 and 5 are glued to both outer and inner surfaces of the outer periphery of a diaphragm 1, and the outer periphery of each edge 4 and 5 is glued to the outer periphery of a frame 3. Moreover, it is arranged that, when the diaphragm 1 largely moves in the direction of an arrow B, the edge at the outer surface reaches a position where it stretches and an exfoliating force of the direction D is applied to the inner side edge 5, and then, a shearing force of the direction E is applied to the outer side edge 4, and thus, the adhering strength between the diaphragm 1 and the edges 4 and 5 against large amplitudes is improved. Moreover, the edges 4 and 5 are glued to both the outer and inner surfaces of the diaphragm 1 and the edges 4 and 5 are glued to either outer or inner surface of the frame 3 after overlapping them, so that the strength of the edges 4 and 5 themselves may be improved and, at the same time, strengths against the breakage, etc., is also improved.
