Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently discharge granular powder from a container by mounting an apparatus having at the end portion a screw device for scratching granular powder stored in a container on a base in such a manner as to be movable horizontally and vertically. CONSTITUTION:An upper base frame (d) has a take-in frame (e) positioned at the end portion thereof, which comprises lateral and vertically screw loaders 21, 24. The upper base frame (d) is horizontally movably supported on a lower base frame (a) through an intermediate base frame (c). The lower base frame (a) is pivotably supported at the end thereof by a hydraulic jack 8, whereby the loaders 21, 24 are moved in the interior of a container 28 on a truck 29 to rake in granular powder and feed out it by means of conveyers (f) and (b).
