Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the torque pulsation of the prescribed frequency by increasing the pulse width at the prescribed angle position of a voltage waveform of line of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A signal generator 10 generates a 60 deg. interval signal via the outputs A-C of a 3-phase signal generator, and applies it to a signal generator 10'. thus, the signal generator 10' form a detecting circuit for obtaining triangular wave synchronizing signal over the positions of 0 deg., + or -60 deg., + or -120 deg. via delay circuits 11, 11' and an AND circuit 12. The pulse widths of the voltage waveforms of the line applied to a motor at 0 deg., + or -60 deg., + or -120 deg., + or -180 deg. are suitably increased to correct the ratio of seventh and fifth harmonic waves to 7:5. In this manner , the torque pulsation of the frequency 6f1 of the motor represented by the prescribed equation can be effectively reduced.
