Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the stirrer equipped with a cooling structure therein as well as to reduce stirring power thereof by a method wherein the stirring shaft of the stirrer for the gas phase fluidized layer is formed from a double pipe and said pipe is bent into a U-shaped form to provide stirring blades. CONSTITUTION:A stirring shaft 10 has a double pipe structure and consists of an outer pipe 7 transmitting power and an inner pipe 8 discharging a cooling medium to the outside and said pipes are bent into a U shape body to be provided in a fluidized bed stirring blades 9. To the inner pipe 8, a short-pass preventing blade 11 of the cooling medium is attached and the cooling medium is supplied into the lower part of the outer pipe 7 from the inlet 12 thereof. In this manner, because a blade area is small, stirring power is small and, because the stirrer has the cooling structure therein, slagging and adhesion of a product to a tank wall is prevented.
