Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device not requiring the special apparatus and energy, by providing a rod member which is sustained at its middle part to rock freely in the connecting path between a hopper and a cylinder and contacts with a screw flight at its lower end and has an agitating part at its upper part. CONSTITUTION:A rod member 7 is sustained by a mandrel 8 to rock freely in the connecting path 6 between a hopper 4 and a cylinder 2. Its lower end reaches to a screw flight 9 and an agitating part 10 is attached to its upper part. When the screw 1 is driven, the lower end of the rod member 7 which contacts to the screw flight 9 receives force of lateral direction, the lower end does circular motion around the mandrel 8 as the shaft. When the lower end of the rod member 7 becomes higher than the top of the screw flight 9, it overrides the screw flight 9 and returned to the original state. By repeating this action the agitating part 10 rocks, stirs the raw resin material in the connecting path 6 and prevents its bridging.
