Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce a height of an equipment and prevent dispersion of powder by connecting vacuum-tight operating tank and a storage tank via a stop valve, closing the stop valve to reduce a pressure in the operating tank and then opening the stop valve to suck powder in the storage tank by the resultant negative pressure.
CONSTITUTION: With a stop valve 41 closed and a stop valve 42 opened, an operating tank 2 is closed by a vacuum pump 44 and a deaeration pipe 43. The vacuum pump 44 is stopped and the stop valve 41 and a leak valve 5 are opened. A resultant negative pressure in the operating tank 2 rapidly sucks air from the leak valve 5. A powder 11 in the storage tank 1 is shifted into the operating tank 2 together with the air. Because an amount of the powder for one transportation may rely on capacity and negative pressure of the operating tank 2 and powder characteristic, said operation is repeated if needed. This constitution allows a simple structure to achieve preventive powder dispersion and increased transportation capacity and provides a lower equipment.
