Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the strength of a door panel by constituting a car reinforcing member in such a manner that a plurality of plastic pipes of specified diameters form multi-layers with each other, and by fixing this reinforcing member on the inside of the door panel.
CONSTITUTION: Pipes 11 is bridged between fixing pads 10 that are fixed by welding to both door's widthwise ends of a door panel. The pipes 11, three pieces, are arranged along the widthwise direction of the fixing pads 10 and fixed with bolts. These pipes are formed using plastics. The surface of the pipe 11 is fabricated so as to be covered with a pipe 14 and moreover the pipe 14 is covered with a pipe 15 so that the bending strength in the middle of the pipe 11 is increased.
