Abstract

PURPOSE: To effect constant atmization of fuel and smooth gasification process as well as to promote mixing of gasified fuel with air regardless of great variety of combustion rate by controlling discharge in accordance with combustion rate by means of a dual construction of air jet nozzles.
CONSTITUTION: In case of combustion at a large quantity combustion rate, a pump 14 and a blower 10 are in operation after both a solenoid 13 and an electric heater 3 are activated and gasification unit 1 is preheated. Fuel is fed through a pipe 15 into the gasification unit 1 and atomized by high speed air jets discharged out of nozzles 16, 17. The automized fuel becomes gasified state by impingement against a side wall 2 and blows out of flame holes 6 where the gas is ignited and burns in blue flames. The system can momentarily be switched to operation at a minor quantity combustion rate in a way of reducing quantity of fuel supply by closing the entrance to a branched passage 11 and simultaneously controlling operating pulses or voltage for an electromagnetic pump 14 by cutting off power to the solenoid 13.
