Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a fluidity improver which exhibits good fluidity-improving effect even in heavy fuel oils, containing a biuret derivative or a urea derived from a polyisocyanate compd. and dialkylamine.
CONSTITUTION: There is provided a fluidity improver containing a biuret derivative and/or a urea (A) derived from a polyisocyanate compd. and a dialkylamine of the formula (wherein R1, R2 are 1W26C alkyl; the sum of carbon atoms of R1 and R2 is at least 18), and, if necessary, a compd. (B) selected from an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene-acrylate copolymer, a halogenated polyalkylene, an alkyl (meth)acryalte polymer, a condensate of chlorinated parafiin with naphthalene, a nitrogen-contg derivative of an alkenylsuccinic acid and an aliph. discarboxylic acid amide.
