Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve usability for a long period of time by closely adhering a cathode active material composed of Li or Li alloy with an anode active material composed of nitride of a transition element through solid electrolyte composed of lithium nitride. CONSTITUTION:Li metal foil 8 prepared by rolling with pressure in high purity argon gas of in high vacuum is pressed on Ni foil 9 in the same atomosphere. The pressed foils are punched to adjust a material of a definite size. A lithium nitride film 7 is formed as solid electrolyte by making Li nitride powder as the target in vaporization. Then, a Ti nitride film 6 is formed on the film 7 as an anode active material by making Ti nitride as the target. Further, an Ni film 5 is formed on the film 6 as a current collector by vaporization. It is suitable to closely adhere the solid electrolyte film 7 with the Li metal foil 8 as the cathode active material by vacuum vaporization, sputtering vaporization or an ion-plating method.
