Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily pump up water by hanging an electrolytic device near an air charging port of a pumping tube which is submerged in water and conducting electrolytic gas into water in the pumping tube from the air charging port to make air-liquid mixture.
CONSTITUTION: A water electrolytic device 19 is suspended by a rope 20 which is let down from a ship to be hung in water near air charging ports 17, 18 which are opened almost at the same hight in the middle of pumping tubes 15, 16. Then, hydrogen gas and oxygen gas, which are generated at the electrolytic device 19 by supplying electricity to the device 19 from a power generator 21 through a transmission line 21, are blown out as minute air bubbles into the pumping tubes 15, 16 through the air charging ports 17, 18 to be mixed with water in both tubes 15, 16 to form air-liquid mixture. By continuing supplying power, the tubes 15, 16 above the air charging ports 17, 18 are filled with air-liquid mixture, and water near the pumping tube lower ends can be easily pumped up by hydraulic pressure differences in the tubes 15, 16.
