Abstract

PURPOSE: To perfrom separating work continuously, freely select the amount of pressing through controlling of energizing force to be applied upon a weight and enable sure dehydration by separating water content from precipitate through pressing action by scraping-up blades and the weight and removing the same.
CONSTITUTION: Part 3 of a long-sized tank 2 of a specific shape in section is constituted freely bendably downward, with a shaft 7 as a center. A weight 4 provided with tapers 4', 4" on both the upper and lower ends thereof is mounted in this freely bendably constituted movable tank 3 and this weight 4 is so mounted that, when the weight 4 descends, part thereof applies upon part 2' on the top end side of the tank 2, and when it ascends, the entire part thereof positions in the tank 3. The weight 4 is energized to the descending side by a cylinder 5 within a fixed range and resetting force is given to the tank 3 in the direction opposite from the bending direction by using a resetting device consisting of a weight 6. The scraping-up blades 20 mounted to a length of endless chain 19 and inclinded in the direction opposite from the travelling direction are so constituted as to travel fully in the tanks 2, 3.
