Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the temperature characteristics of timer set time, by printing and forming the potentiometers for reference voltage adjustment using the time constant circuit of capacitor C and resistance R and the time set with the same resistance material on the one board. CONSTITUTION:The board 1 providing the electronic component 5 constituting the timer circuit is fitted on the upper side of the relay 2, and on the board 1, the time setting volume RT and the reference voltage adjusting volume RS are printed with the resistors 6, 7 of the same reesistance material and the sliders 8, 9 are slid on it. Further, the knob for time set is provided with the rotary shaft 10 of the contact 8. Further, when the switch SW is closed, C is charged through the volume RT and SCRS is triggered via PUTP for conduction and the relay 2 is activated. The set time of the timer can be changed arbitrarily with the volumes RT, RS, and the temperature characteristics of the volumes RT, RS are almost in agreement, and the resistance change of the volumes RT, RS by temperature is changed toward cancelling to the set time of the timer, allowing to improve the temperature characteristics of the set time.
