PURPOSE:To reject noise and to apply AGC, by synthesizing the output signals of two microphones through the inversion of the output signal of one microphone and controlling the gain of a variable gain amplifier with the level of one microphone and the output of the variable gain amplifier. CONSTITUTION:By synthesizing the signal from a microphone 1 through an inverting phase amplifier 3 and the signal of a microphone 2 thorugh a noninverting phase amplifier 4, noise is rejeted and the signals are fed to a variable gain amplifier 5. The output level of the amplifier 4 is detected at a level detector 7 and the output level of the amplifier 5 is detected at a level detector 6, to adjust the gain of the amplifier 5. The audio input only one of the microphone 1 and 2 is output from the amplifier 5 with a suitable amplitude.
