Abstract
PURPOSE: To save useless power consumption and to obtain an efficient operation of a concentrated hydraulic system, by providing a pressure control valve capable of changing the setting pressure of a main circuit automatically with change of the load pressure.
CONSTITUTION: In case that either of load pressures is raised to a level higher than the maximum value rached previously in a concentrated hydraulic system for driving a multiplicity of loads by a parallel circuit, the load pressure is taken out at a shuttle valve group 1. This increase in the load pressure causes rise of the output voltage of a pressure converter 2, which is in turn transmitted to a servo-amplifier 4. The output signal of this servo-amplifier 4 is tranmitted to a pressure control valve 5, which in turn functions to raise the discharge pressure of a hydraulic pump 7 in a main circuit M. Here, the pressure control valve 5 is controlled automatically to make the output pressure of the first pressure converter 6 raised by the rising of discharge pressure of hydraulic pump 7 equal to the sum of the output pressure of the second pressure converter 2 and a bias voltage afforded from a bias voltage generator 3.
