Counter 61 self-correlates to signal BK by pulse CN1 and counter 62 is controlled by self-correlated block synchronizing signal A1 and signal PBK. By the output pulse of counter 62 and signal PBK, absent signal BK is restored and an influence of a mixed false pulse is eliminated.
