CONSTITUTION: One or more of CaO, MgO, Ca(OH)2, and Mg(OH)2 are added to the color check waste liquid of steel materials consisting of neutral mineral oil, neutral plasticizer, neutral emulsifier, red dye mainly, and when the liquid are agitated and mixed to adsorb and coprecipitate them, they become colorless completely, and COD and oil components are reduced to approximately 90% or more.
