Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten the time for the insulating work, to enhance the durability of an insulating layer, and to increase the dust-proof property, by coating silicone resin which includes solvent and cures at a normal temperature on the end of the winding outside the core for insulation and drying the resin naturally. CONSTITUTION:At the end of the winding protruded from the end of the core, the surface of a conductor 2 of aluminum and the like is treated by primer 10. On the outside thereof, is applied the silicone resin, which includes a solvent and cures at a normal temperature, with a spray or a brush to perform the insulation coating treatment 11; and the resin is naturally dried. The silicone resin is further applied on the outside thereof and dried naturally. The process is repeated until the requied thickness of the coating is obtained, thereby the insulating layer is formed. In this method, the time for the insulating work is greatly reduced, durability is enhanced, and the highly reliable insulating layer can be obtained. Furthermore, the dust proof property and the insulation sealing effect can be obtained.
